    I contacted MTB direct regarding my cartridge acting funny, before I even got a response I already received a tracking number for a replacement cartridge under warranty.     Works well

    The replacement cartridge works as it should. My seat post has had a lot of use, so I have no problem with the old one failing. It was very easy to replace. My seat post was also surprisingly clean inside when I pulled it apart. All up, a very good dropper post.
