Collection: Spokes

Answer 3 questions to find the perfect spokes for your repair or wheel build!
1. What style of Spokes do your Hubs use?
3. What Spoke thickness would you like?
Hubs are designed to be used with either J-Bend or Straight-Pull spokes. Ensure you purchase the correct spokes to match your hubs.
Spoke length is determined by your hub, rim, and lacing pattern.
  • If replacing a broken spoke, you can measure an exisitng spoke.
  • If building a new wheel, follow the instructions of a reliable Spoke Length Calculator
  • +/- 1mm is the safe margin of error for spoke length.
  • Spokes that are the same thickness for the whole length (non-butted) are the cheapest to manufacture.
  • Spokes with different thicknesses along the length (e.g., 2.0mm-1.8mm-2.0mm - butted) are just as strong and lighter than non-butted Spokes.
  • However, butted spokes are usually more expensive.
