It’s a bright blue Velcro strap, what more do you want?
It holds together well, is able to strap a spare tube, CO2 inflator and a small tyre iron comfortably.

Handy strap
I was skeptical at first and thought that it would not be very secure “ I was very wrong. The inner section holds my spare tube and levers and the bigger strap holds everything very securely to the top tube.

A strap-on for the ages
I've been using one of these for a year and have found it to be a really well designed and thought out strap. It's easy to take off and put back on, the rubber section helps stop it sliding (mine is on a very thin flat section of tube - on a fatter rounder tube this probably wouldn't be an issue). The inner velcro strap works well to securely hold your stuff before the main strap attaches the whole shebang to your bike. All that and a great range of colours to choose from!
