Squirt Ebike Chain Lube

Description

E-bikes tend to wear out chains faster than normal bikes due to the extra torque that the motor puts through the drivetrain. The Squirt e-bike chain was specifically developed to meet the extra demands created by electric motors and greatly reduce the rate of wear. The e-bike lube is based on the same tried and tested biodegradable wax/water formula as the outstandingly popular Squirt Chain Lube but Squirt has imbued it with extra E powers by fortifying it with specialised high-pressure additives to help it stand up to higher torque loads and last longer on wet conditions.

Who's this item for: This lube was designed with e-bike riders in mind. It probably works well on normal bikes too.

Style of chain lube: This is a wax emulsion style lube so it'll go on wet but will dry to more of a waxy coating once the solvent evaporates.

Suitable conditions: Dry lubes are generally better in dry, dusty conditions but Squirt has engineered this one to last longer in wet conditions so it should be good to go for most conditions as long as it's not raining heavily.
