Description

If you are looking for a bombproof DH World Cup proven rear wheel, look no further than the Spank 350 Vibrocore.

Spank's radial compliant design offers better traction and reduces wheel deflection and negative feedback, which is super important when you are pinning it through rock gardens. The wheels feature Spanks Vibrocore technology which acts as a vibration dampener, reducing arm fatigue for the rider and increasing the strength of the rim.

These wheels do not ship with a freehub. This must be purchased separately. See the link to these at the bottom of the description.

Who's this item for: Designed for the A-line lover, these wheels can handle pretty much anything you can throw at them. Perfect for DH racing, Freeride or Enduro, these are some seriously solid wheels.

Spank Hex Rear Hub: 12x148mm 32h

  • Materials: Made with a CNC optimised alloy hub body.
  • Rotor: 6 bolt brake rotor standard
  • Freehub: No freehub included so this must be purchased separately. See the link below.
  • Pawls: 102T, 6 pawls with 3.5-degree Engagement
  • Convertibility: These are QRx135, 10x135, Boost QRx141 compatible with adapters(sold separately)

Spank 350 Vibrocore Rims:

Tubeless: Yes, They are tubeless-ready rims and come pre-taped and include tubeless valves. They feature bead bite technology which increases tyre retention.

Rim Dimensions: Both rims have an internal diameter of 30.5mm which makes them perfect for fitting tyres between 2.0"- 2.6", without the negative squaring off of tyre profiles. They have an External Diameter of 35mm.

The effective rim diameter is where they differ:

  • 27.5: Front: 564mm Rear: 560mm
  • 29: Front: 602mm Rear: 598mm

Spokes: 32h

  • Material: Stainless Steel.
  • J-bend / Straight pull: Triple-butted J-Bend spokes.

Pros: Really durable wheels that are ready to send big out of the box! They feature lots of technology including Vibrocore, Oobah, and Beadbite.

Cons: Not the lightest wheel around

No freehub included so they must be purchased separately.
