Description
Prefer an off-the-back hydration solution instead of an over-the-shoulder pack? The Seral 7 lumbar pack was made for you. Featuring an included 1.5-litre lumbar reservoir and magnetic bite valve that attaches to the hip belt for easy access. Some lumbar packs have a tendency to creep around while you ride, we promise this one won't. Compression straps pull the pack into your lower back and wrap around your hips for supreme stability, even over technical terrain. A zippered main compartment and hip belt pockets fit your spare tube, patch kit, CO2 inflator and more.

This bag packs a lot of stuff !! I use it for hiking with my dog & it carries everything I need and extra doggo things with ease. It's comfortable to wear & has even distribution so there's no lop sided feeling around my waist & hips. The ease of getting a drink when needed is great, no need to carry bulky water bottles ether in hand or around your waist that I used to do. Now I am hands free !! 🤗🤗 with all the room in the Osprey 7, I can also carry a basic first aid kit for thoes " Just in case " moments that so far I have avoided. 😊🤞 the design of the Osprey 7 is very well thought out, and I am really happy with my purchase.

Overall this hip pack is a great improvement over my Camelback Repack 4. More room internally because its a bigger pack. Sits really well on my back and doesn't bounce around once you have it cinched down which is just a matter of tightening waist belts. Depending on how full it is you can also cinch the 4 side straps in for even better support. The bladder is a breeze to get in and out better than the camelback. Only minor niggles are I miss the handle and large opening on the camelback for filling. The drinking hose isn't as easy to put back while riding as the camelback (this may be personal only), but neither are reason not to buy.

Awesome quality pack, fits snug ( no movement while riding) storage compartments allow for plenty of essential spares plus phone etc. bladder works well although magnet could be stronger on the clip and some smaller internal storage pouches would be nice otherwise brilliant.

Bought this hip pack for a bike packing trip in outback South Australia. I was very pleased with the capacity of water and also the additional pockets and storage volume. Wearing a hip pack reduced the heat and perspiration on my back, a welcome relief in warm to very hot temperatures.
