Pros: Since the light mounts to the helmet mount with the o-ring supplied with the MJ-900 to 906 series light there is an almost infinite amount of vertical adjustment to fine tune the beam location.
Cons: The profile of the mounting base might struggle to sit flat on helmets with severely peaked angles or ridges.
