E-Thirteen TRS Plus eSpec Cassette

With a fantastic alternative to the standard one Big S or the other, e-thirteen really shook up the market with their awesome 511% range cassettes a few years ago. So much so, in fact, that some major bike companies began to spec these cassettes on their bikes from the factory!

Even though their cassettes were already fantastic, e13 don't follow the 'if it ain't broke, don't fix it' mantra, and instead keep searching for constant improvement. Their new TRS Plus E-bike cassette is stronger and more reliable than it's predecessors, while only gaining a scant 50g.

While this is labelled as an e-bike cassette, it is still plenty light enough to be used on a human powered bike, and weight weenies won't be shying away from it at all.

Possibly the best new feature of the cassette is throwing away their old proprietary mounting design and tools, and moving to a simple 3mm allen key locking system for the two cassette halves.

Who's this for: Riders wanting a strong, yet light cassette, with a 511% range on the 11 speed cassette, and a massive 556% range on the 12 speed cassette. This will suit XC, Trail, AM/Enduro and e-bikes alike.

Freehub mounting style: This cassette mounts to SRAM style XD driver bodies. However, it is a 2 part system that uses a 3mm allen key to lock one part, and a standard cassette tool for the other.

Other component compatibility: The 11 speed cassette will work great with any 11 speed chain. The 12 speed cassette will work great with most brands but some extra care will be required when pairing this up with a Shimano 12 speed chain as they are a little different.
