Description
Dumonde Tech has specifically developed this lubricant for use on pawl style freehubs that require a lightweight lubricant. The oil uses Dumonde's MRCC (Micro Resistant Complex Compounds) to create a light viscosity product with excellent adhesion and friction reducing properties. Temperature and age will not cause it to thicken or become sticky over time. The light viscosity and wide temperature range of Pro X Freehub oil also makes it perfect for use as a cable and brake lever lubricant.Used and endorsed, and recommended for use in Industry 9 Torch, Hydra, and 101 hubs, as well as Crank Brothers, E-Thirteen, and more.
Who's this item for: Anyone looking for a lightweight lubricant for their pawl hubs, cables, or brake levers.
Not recommended for use in ratchet style hubs as it is a bit too thin and won't stay in the areas you need it to.
Style of lube: This is a lightweight oil that will coat the working parts of your hubs internals but won't get all gloopy and sticky like a normal grease.
Suitable conditions: The Pro X Freehub oil will stay in liquid form down to -40C so it's highly suited to use in cold conditions.
