Description

The Flex shorts combine a dual-layer chamois and polygon foam hip and coccyx protection with a compression fit to provide high levels of comfort and protection for big days and hard-charging riding.

Who's this item for: These things have got Enduro written all over them.

Protection Style: 2 layer soft polygon hip and coccyx padding moves with your legs during pedalling and stays put when you crash.

Materials: Spandex and polyester, silicone grippers on waist and leg hems.

Fitting style: Compression fit. They'll feel just like normal bike shorts, just with extra padded bits. Flat lock stitching for all-day comfort and to reduce chafing.

Length of protection: From your waist down to just above your knees.

Protection level: Tested beyond CE EN 1621-1:2012 Level 2 protection standards.

Removable protective inserts for washing: No

Chamois: Integrated dual-density chamois pad

Pros: Just like a pair of cycling knicks but with extra protection for your hips and coccyx. A great choice for Enduro racing on gnarly trails or whenever you want a bit of extra protection.

Cons: Definitely only suitable for use under baggy shorts. They look kinda funny.

    Good Protective Pads

    Happy overall, perfect fit for me-go size down as recommend. Usually go for XL but bought L instead as per products reviews. Excellent purchase as it was on sale as well.

    Comfy

    Very comfy for all day shuttles , sizing is a big fit so if your just an XL go down a size. Good crash protection as well , i had a decent off and was surprised at how little bruising and damage i got for the impact very happy

    Not as uncomfortable as they look.

    After a couple rides they feel pretty damn good! padding is all in the right spots, chamois a little big but not uncomfortable. Go down a size though I'm usually XL but they were way to big, Large was spot on. MTBD sorted the return out very swiftly.
