Description

Evolving from the Evoc Hip Pack comes the Pro model and it has stepped up the game for what a hip pack can offer. This hip pack is a back-free, well-ventilated carrying device for your hydration and other essentials for those shorter rides. There is enough space to store two bottles, some snacks, a tube, small tools and even a 1.5Litre hydration bladder which is included. Equipped with Evoc Ventiflap, this allows the rider to dial in the position of the pack, simply pull the string to tighten to the hip or descents or loosen for optimal comfort whilst climbing.

    This is so well thought out with all the different storage options and placement of them. The size of the bladder is just right, but for longer days you've got the bonus of 2 bidon holders.

    Its so comfortable it will be hard to go back to a standard backpack. The wide velcro strap underneath the clip is a fantastic feature.

    Does what it says and does it well

    I bought the Evoc Hip Pack Pro 3L because all the online reviews indicated it was one of the best hip packs around, and I haven't been disappointed. I was moving away from wearing a Camelbak because it didn't really work with my body armour. This however works great, sitting just below my back protector, and the 1.5L of water more than enough for a 2hr ride. Plenty of storage space for tools, snacks, etc too. Even though it ends up weighing about the same as my Camelbak, it feels less present as the weight sits on my hips, not my shoulders. No hindrance to hitting sizeable jumps at all. In fact, since I started using it, I've been hitting bigger jumps than ever, have 50% more steeze, and get invited to more parties. Coincidence? I think not!

    Excellent variation to the traditional backpack

    I have really enjoyed riding with this hip pack. Can really notice the addtional air flow across my upper body compared to my backpack. The storage is excellent and having the ability to cary two more bottles in addition to the bladder which was one of the main reasons for selecting this hip-pack.
