Description

In order to get the most from your hydraulic brakes, it's important that the hydraulic hose is cut sharp and square and that the T-peice (or needle) is inserted straight and true and pressed all the way in without damage to the hose.  This is easier said than done when you have brake fluid all over your fingers and you're trying to hit the t-peice into place with the side of a pair of pliers.  The sturdy Toopre high-density Nylon needle tool will take all the hassle and mess out of that process for you.

Cut your hose square with the spring loaded cutter and then load your hose into the hose clamp before pressing your T-peice into the hose slowly and accurately with this easy to use tool.

    Did the job at a bargain price

    Bought this kit to install a new set of shimano brakes after getting sick of my sram guide t's. The brake line cutter is the only part of the kit that feels flimsy to use but did the job well with no issues at all. New brakes work great.

    Useful tool

    I needed to cut down the hydraulic brake cables when I installed new ones recently. Using this tool made it very clean and probably a lot easier.

    Does the job perfectly.

    It makes the job so much easier! much better than using the Shimano method with the pliers and hammer.

    I put the barb and olive on my Shimano Deore XT BL-M8000 in seconds.

    I did not use the cutter as I already have the Jagwire Sport Hydraulic Hose Cutter
